Hearthline Privacy Policy

Version 2

This Privacy Policy explains how Hearthline collects and uses information when you purchase or use our website services.

Information we collect - Business and contact details you provide - Billing details processed by Stripe - Technical logs such as IP address and browser type when you accept Terms - Phone numbers of people who call a business phone number we operate on that business's behalf

How we use information - To provide websites, hosting, support, and billing - To generate invoices, receipts, and service agreements - To send a reply by text message when a call to a business is missed

Text messaging and mobile information Some businesses using Hearthline operate a tracked phone number. If you call one of those businesses and the call is not answered, you may receive a single automated text message from that business inviting you to reply.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers collected through a call to a business are used solely to reply to that caller on behalf of that business, and are not shared with other businesses, advertisers, data brokers, or affiliates.

Message frequency: you receive at most one automated message per missed call, and no more than one automated message in any 24-hour period. Any further messages are replies written by the business in a conversation you started.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance.

Retention Purchase records, legal acceptances, and invoices are retained for business and tax record-keeping. Opt-out requests are retained permanently so that a number that has sent STOP is never messaged again.

This policy is an operational notice and not legal advice.
